1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and 777ez (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://777ez.cam and all associated services, including sports betting, live dealer casino games, slots, table games, promotional offers and any other features made available through the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you unambiguously acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each User may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as required by the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current and complete at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party and to notify the Platform's support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

The Platform will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. However, where a security breach is demonstrably attributable to the Platform's own systems, liability provisions in Section 10 below will apply.

Full account functionality, including the ability to withdraw funds, is contingent upon the successful completion of KYC verification. The Platform reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of address, source of funds documentation and any other information it deems necessary to comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

5 Terms of Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 777ez grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes only.

You acknowledge and agree to the following conditions governing your use of the Platform and its Services:

• All wagers placed are final once confirmed. The Platform does not accept cancellation requests after a wager has been accepted by the system.
• Displayed odds, RTP figures and promotional terms are subject to change without prior notice. RTP figures, where shown, are illustrative example ranges only and do not represent guaranteed return on individual sessions or wagers.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are processed through third-party payment service providers. The availability of specific payment methods — including but not limited to digital wallets, bank transfers and cryptocurrency — is subject to change and depends on the operator's current cashier configuration, your account region and the applicable policies of each payment provider.

The following general conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the operator and displayed in the live cashier. These figures may vary by payment method and account tier.
• Withdrawals are processed only to accounts that have successfully completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play, but will not be permitted to withdraw until verification is complete.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotions are subject to specific terms that are published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to a withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirement clearance. Slots typically contribute at a higher rate than table games or live dealer titles. Specific contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds not used within the specified period will be forfeited automatically by the system.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While bonus funds are active, maximum bet limits may apply per wager. Placing bets above the specified maximum while bonus funds remain may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Creating, accessing or operating more than one registered Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any point during the KYC verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform's Services.
• Collusion with other users to influence the outcome of games, particularly in poker or any player-versus-player format.
• Match-fixing or any other form of sports corruption that seeks to influence the outcome of sporting events on which wagers are placed through the Platform.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the Platform to disguise, transfer or convert proceeds of criminal activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software. Any winnings resulting from such exploits are void and will be reclaimed.
• Initiating chargebacks or reversals on deposits through payment providers while retaining winnings derived from those deposits.
• Any form of harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour directed at Platform staff, support agents or other users.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law, through the use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers or other circumvention tools.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of 777ez or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The 777ez name, logo and all related marks are the exclusive property of the Platform operator. You are not permitted to use, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, display or exploit any portion of the Platform's intellectual property for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of 777ez.

The limited licence granted to you under Section 5 does not include any right to resell or commercially exploit the Platform's content, or to create derivative works based on any portion of the Platform without explicit authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777ez and its affiliated operators, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities.
• Financial losses arising from participation in gambling or betting activities on the Platform.
• Losses resulting from reliance on any information, content or promotional material published on the Platform.
• Service interruptions, technical failures or platform downtime, whether or not foreseeable.
• Losses caused by the actions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers or telecommunications infrastructure.

The Platform's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gambling

777ez is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides a suite of self-management tools that are accessible through your account dashboard, including:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps configurable at any time.
• Loss Limits: Thresholds on the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications when you have been actively using the Platform for a set period of continuous time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension for a minimum of 24 hours up to six months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent account closure where you elect to cease all participation on the Platform.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your own jurisdiction, to the extent those rights cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.
